We maintain a large product inventory to meet the unique needs of manufacturers, job shops, and designers, and we're proud to be a subsidiary of a major powder coating manufacturer with a global presence.

We're a small, close-knit team. Everyone here has a direct impact on our customers and our growth, and we take real pride in the relationships we build.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven salesperson to join us in New Jersey and help drive our continued success in the metal coating industry. We want someone ambitious and technically minded, with a proven track record of winning new business and nurturing existing accounts. Someone who genuinely cares about delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Grow our market share by acquiring new small and medium-sized business customers
• Deepen relationships and grow revenue with existing accounts
• Guide customers with product recommendations and introduce new offerings
• Track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and accurate specifications
• Respond to unique customer needs quickly and thoughtfully
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity
• Provide regular reports on current transactions and sales forecasts

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Honesty, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills

Experience & Skills

• B2B sales experience required; powder coating industry experience a major plus
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Solid customer relationship management abilities
• Comfort working with companies of all sizes and diverse teams
• Ability to understand industrial processes and technical data sheets
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer applications

Logistics

• Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
