Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Locum Tenens – Anderson, Indiana

We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for an on-site locum tenens opportunity in Anderson, Indiana. Provide advanced neonatal care in a 12-bed neonatal unit within a Level III trauma facility while caring for approximately 5–6 patients per shift. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Job Requirements

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Nurse Practitioner preparation
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Current board certification as a Nurse Practitioner; neonatal certification preferred or required based on applicable credentialing standards
• Current Indiana APRN or Nurse Practitioner licensure, or eligibility for applicable licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Completion of a neonatal or related advanced practice fellowship is required
• Ability to complete credentialing within the required timeframe

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

• Provide advanced assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for neonatal patients
• Conduct patient encounters and develop individualized neonatal plans of care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the neonatal care team
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition
• Document evaluations, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Support safe, evidence-based neonatal care in a Level III trauma facility
